How do the actual product colours compare to the website photos?
While some colour difference is there between on-screen colours and printed colours because of the nature of different mediums, we make sure the richness and the beauty of the design always comes out on top.
For our Apparel, we use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) method of printing which ensures a long lasting and durable wear as well as a comfortable and smooth print, however the saturation and colour contrasts will be accordingly.

What are your shipping costs and estimated delivery times?
Roohwa offers FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders above INR 799!
We provide PAN India COD availability, however we charge INR 49 for each order for the same.
Total estimated shipping time is 5-9 days.
Roohwa provides you with a tracking ID to keep tabs on your delivery.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel any order with Roohwa within 24 hours of placing your order but you must provide us with a viable and genuine reason for the same.

How do I exchange an item?
We don't do exchanges or returns unless - the product is damaged, wrong product is delivered, or design print issues - in which case reach out within 7 days via email at contact@roohwa.com or @roohwa.studio on Instagram with your reason for exchange and product photos - and we will exchange the product for another unit.
Do you provide easy returns and refunds?
We don't provide Refunds.
Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way.
If this is due to no fault of the customer, Roohwa will pay for the return shipping cost once the item has been received by one of our agents.
Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point, we will ship the correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.
This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.
